Terms, in plain terms.
The rules for using this website. Short, because the website does very little to you.

What this covers
These terms cover your use of flhmedia.com, the marketing site for FLH Media. They do not govern client work. Projects run under their own written agreements: the scope we lock before building is its own document, and it wins over anything here.
Using the site
The site is here to tell you what we do and let you reach us. Use it for that. Do not try to break it, probe it, scrape it wholesale, or use the contact form to send spam. The form has a rate limit and a spam trap, and abuse gets dropped silently.
Our content
The design, code, copy, and the FLH mark are ours. Look all you want, and view source with our blessing. Do not republish the site or pass the work off as yours. If you want to reference something we made, ask, and we will probably say yes.
Other people's services
Booking runs on Setmore and links may lead to sites we do not control. Those services have their own terms and their own behavior. We are not responsible for what happens on their side of the fence.
No promises
The site is provided as is. We keep it fast, accurate, and up, because that is literally our job, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every sentence is current. Nothing on this site is professional advice, and prices or timelines are only fixed by a signed scope, never by a webpage.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages that come from using or not being able to use this website. If you are relying on a marketing site for something that could damage you, email us first and we will talk you out of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
