Privacy, plainly.
What we collect, where it goes, and how to make us delete it. The short version: almost nothing, your inbox and ours, and one email.

Who we are
FLH Media is a two-person studio: Fernando Leano in Orlando, Florida, and Hyowon Bernabe in Baguio, Philippines. We build websites, mobile apps, and the infrastructure under them. For anything in this policy, write to fernandoleano@flhmedia.com and a founder answers.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name, and your message. Submitting it sends us one email containing exactly what you typed. There is no database behind the form. Nothing is stored on the website itself.
If you book a call, the booking runs on Setmore, a scheduling service. Whatever you enter there (your name, email, and the time you pick) is held by Setmore under its own privacy policy, and lands in our calendar.
The site also reports anonymous, aggregated usage to Vercel Analytics: page views, country-level location, device type. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiles, and nothing that identifies you.
What we do with it
We read your message and reply. That is the entire pipeline. Your details are used to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run the project.
We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not send newsletters or drip campaigns. One email from you gets one reply from us.
Where it lives
Messages sit in our company mailbox, hosted by Namecheap Private Email. The website runs on Vercel, whose servers are primarily in the United States. Bookings sit in Setmore. Each of those providers has its own security practices and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept the way normal correspondence is kept: until they are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them. There is no retention machine behind that sentence. It is an inbox.
Your rights
Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email fernandoleano@flhmedia.com and we will do it and confirm. Depending on where you live (for example the EU under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), these rights are also the law. We honor them for everyone regardless of where you live.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is material (for example, if we ever add a database or new analytics), we will say so plainly on this page.
